一般社団法人グローバル・クリスチャン教育センター
GCEC is a non-profit registered in Chiba, Japan. We exist to provide high-quality educational services, opportunities, and environments rooted in Christian values. We do this for our community and believe through education, Christ can be made known. By knowing Christ, we are changed for the better and thus can help better our communities and the world.

ヘリテージ・アカデミー
Heritage Academy is GCEC's international missions school in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture — a six-year, Grades 7–12 program. Classes are taught in English with Japanese-language support. Middle School builds the English proficiency and study habits that college-level work requires; High School carries that work into a Heritage Academy diploma. Our first year, 2028, is Grades 7 through 10. Grade 11 is planned to be added in 2029 and Grade 12 in 2030, and dual enrollment with our partner college applies to Grades 11 and 12 only.
ヘリテージ・アカデミーは、千葉県印西市に開校予定のGCECの国際ミッションスクールです。中学部2年間＋高校部4年間の 6年制（7〜12年生）プログラムで、英語による授業と日本語支援を行います。開校初年度（2028年）に開講する学年は 7年生から10年生までです。11年生は2029年、12年生は2030年からの開講を予定しており、提携大学との デュアル・エンロールメントの対象は11・12年生のみです。
Heritage Academy is working towards accreditation and is in partnership with local and global educational organizations to ensure quality academics and oversight. Upon entering grade 11 and grade 12, students earn U.S. college credit through our partner university.

言語・文化・人格
Heritage equips students in language, culture, and character. Bible & Christian Studies, faith-related activities, and a shared vocabulary of values (真・智・望) sit alongside math, science, and English in the core curriculum.
提携大学とのデュアル・エンロールメント
Dual enrollment applies to Grades 11 and 12 only, with a ceiling of 10 college courses and 30 U.S. college credits per student — Grade 11 from 2029, Grade 12 from 2030. Grades 9 and 10 are taught as Heritage courses. Where a partner-college course runs, every student sits in the same lectures; what differs is enrollment — for college credit, or for Heritage credit only.

Students of any nationality, language background, or faith are welcome, and there is no religious requirement for admission or graduation. Every enrolled family agrees to the school's Code of Conduct.

"Heritage" carries a double meaning: Japan's own heritage, and children are given to us by God. Heritage Academy treats every student as a special gift from God and provides a truly international learning environment, welcoming both international students and Japanese nationals to broaden their global perspectives. Middle School develops strong English skills and prepares students for high school; High School cultivates academic fortitude for college readiness and equips them for the future — all centered on Christ.

The Program · プログラム
中高一貫・6年間のひとつの道
Heritage Academy spans Grades 7–12 as one continuous program, not two separate schools. One calendar runs for the whole school: three terms, beginning with the Summer Term in the last week of May, then Fall from August and Spring from January, with Grade 12 running August to May and graduating in May. Heritage does not follow Japan's April–March school year. The Bridge Term runs every year from the first weekday of April to the last weekday of June for students entering Grades 7 and 8; it is part of Grade 7 and is an entry point for students coming from outside Heritage. There is no Bridge Term for students entering Grade 9.
7年生から12年生までの6年間を、二つの学校ではなく一つの連続したプログラムとして設計。全校で一つの学年暦を用い、 5月最終週に始まるサマー・ターム、8月からのフォール・ターム、1月からのスプリング・タームの3学期制です。12年生は 8月から5月までで、卒業は5月。日本の4月〜3月の学年暦には従いません。ブリッジ・タームは毎年 4月最初の平日から6月最後の平日まで、7・8年生として入学する生徒を対象に実施します（7年生の一部にあたります）。 9年生として入学する生徒にブリッジ・タームはありません。
A two-year, English-immersion program. An English assessment is part of the admissions process, with some prior English required for acceptance. There is no college coursework here: these two years exist so that every Grade 9 student arrives ready for high-school work, by design.
Grades 9 and 10 are taught as Heritage courses. Dual enrollment with our partner college applies to Grades 11 and 12 only — Grade 11 from 2029 and Grade 12 from 2030 — where one classroom carries one partner-college course at two levels of enrollment: every student sits in the same lectures, and what differs is enrollment.
Grade 12 runs August to May, closing with the Graduation Capstone and graduation in May. A student who takes every partner-college course for Heritage credit only earns the same diploma. Graduation requirements are being set and will be published before applications open in September 2027; the first graduating class is May 2031.
Students carrying courses on the partner college's roster can earn up to 10 college courses and 30 U.S. college credits across Grades 11 and 12 — Grade 11 from 2029, Grade 12 from 2030 — alongside the Heritage diploma. The diploma is the goal; the college credit is the option.
Family & Community · 家庭と共同体
保護者は「お客様」ではなく「パートナー」です
Heritage is built with families, not just for them — the home is what makes a classroom generational. Parents join the life of the school through volunteer days at festivals, trips, and events; through family seminars held throughout the year; and through the Code of Conduct, a shared agreement covering conduct, attendance, and participation in school life that every enrolled family signs.
ヘリテージは、家庭「のため」だけでなく、家庭「とともに」つくる学校です。教室での学びを世代へとつなぐのは家庭だからです。 行事や遠足でのボランティア参加、年間を通じて開催される保護者セミナー、そして行動規範（Code of Conduct）への署名を通して、 保護者は学校共同体の一員となります。行動規範は、生活態度・出席・学校生活への参加について共有する取り決めです。
Heritage Academy is preparing to open in Inzai City, Chiba: the Bridge Term begins in April 2028 and the whole school opens on Monday 14 August 2028, with Grades 7 through 10 in the first year. Applications open in September 2027. The program, calendar, and course map describe the school as it is being built — details may be adjusted before the doors open. ヘリテージ・アカデミーは千葉県印西市で、2028年4月のブリッジ・タームから始まり、2028年8月14日（月）に全校開校します。初年度は7〜10年生です。出願受付は2027年9月開始予定。教育課程・学年暦・履修モデルは開校に向けた計画であり、変更となる場合があります。

GCEC is a non-profit-type general incorporated association (非営利型一般社団法人) under Japanese law. Our Articles of Incorporation prohibit the distribution of surplus to members (Article 33) and require that residual assets upon dissolution be transferred to a public-benefit corporation or government body (Article 34). We are governed by a general assembly (社員総会) and board of directors (理事会), with independent auditing (監事).

Donations made online are handled by third-party payment processors — TeachBeyond for gifts from the US, the UK, and Canada, and Wise for other international gifts. When you give through one of these services, the information you enter is collected and processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, and GCEC receives only the details needed to record and acknowledge your gift.
